Mango Bliss Smoothie

Ingredients

SERVES 4 :: 6 oz.

1 cup mango fresh chilled or frozen

1/2 medium cucumber peeled & rough chopped

1 large lime fresh juice

1/2 c coconut milk (or coconut H20 or H20)

1/2 bunch fresh mint leaves

Method

Add all ingredients to a high powered blender, blitz & serve.

Notes :: Adjust for flavor; more mango for sweetness, cucumber/mint for freshness, lime for tartness. Delicious with coconut milk or cream, but also good with H20.
