HYDRATING CITRUS WATER

Strengthen the immune system + keep skin smooth & elastic with the quick and easy infused water.  These citrus fruits are rich in antioxidants, minerals, vitamins such as vitamin B, phytonutrients and fiber.  

Thinly slice:

1 blood orange 

1 mandarin 

1 lemon 

1 lime.  

Add slices to a larger pitcher or 4 water bottles.  Fill with cold filtered water to the top. Infuse for 2 hours and remove fruit.  Fruit can be blended (without rinds) into smoothies. Freeze or compost fruit if not using immediately.
