  • Most wellness retreats ask you to choose between physical challenge and genuine restoration. The Coast Ridge does both. The experience is built around daily guided hiking on coastal trails above Stinson Beach — not as an optional activity, but as the foundation of the reset. Alongside the trail, every day includes plant-forward meals, yoga, and a full massage. The group is kept to 8 to 10 guests, the setting is a private coastal estate, and everything is all-inclusive. The result is something rarer than a spa day and more restorative than a fitness camp — a complete reset, grounded in nature.

  • Each day follows a restorative rhythm of movement, nourishment, and recovery. Morning tea at 5:30am is followed by sunrise yoga at 6am and a nourishing breakfast at 7am. Guided coastal hiking runs from 8am to 1:30pm — covering 8 to 10 miles on trails above the Pacific. Afternoons include a plant-forward lunch, massage, and optional strength movement. Evenings settle into restorative yoga, a seasonal dinner, and quiet time in the sauna or hot tub. Every detail is handled so guests can focus entirely on being present.Evenings are calm and restorative, often including yoga and time to unwind, allowing the body to settle and prepare for the next day.
